Leaping into a World-Class Biotech Company Engaging in Drug Development2019-2022

Plans to initiate Phase II/III clinical trials to test CP-COV03 were approved.
The company signed an agreement for the production of CP-COV03
with Dongkook Pharmaceutical.
The company signed a contract for exclusive sales and
marketing of ‘Vitabrid’ in Korea with CMG Pharmaceutical.
Plans to initiate Phase Iclinical trials to test CP-COV03 were approved.
The company signed an agreement for the production of CP-COV03
with YOOYOUNG Pharmaceutical.
HYUNDAI BIOSCIENCE went out of the IT business in order to focus

The companyobtained a quasi-drugs approval for Vitabrid C12 HAIR.
A biomanufacturing facility in Gimcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do was expanded.
A contract for exclusive supply of Vitabrid in Russia was signed.
An agreement for the establishment of joint ventures in the Middle East and
North America was signed
The brand was launched exclusively at 11 Barneys New York stores and
became the first Korean brand to be launched at Barneys New York
‘PEPTIBRID’, a new biomaterial,
was added to the International Cosmetic IngredientDictionary
The company developed a drug delivery system for anti-inflammatory collyrium,
which is normally taken after cataract surgery, and began clinical trials to test it
(in collaboration with Kolmar Korea and ChemOn)
The company changed its name to HYUNDAI BIOSCIENCE.

Vitabrid C12 HAIR was selected as one of the 100 Korea’s Inno Stars by KMA.
Vitabrid C12 SKIN received the “Grand Gold Prize” in cosmetics at 2016 Monde Selection.
Vitabrid C12 received an award at the Cosmoprof Las Vegas Beauty Trade Show.
Vitabrid C12 was selected as the 2016 innovative brand by BEAUTYSTREAMS.
The company changed its name from HYUNDAI IT to HYUNDAI BIOSCIENCE.
The company built a biomanufacturing facility in Gincheon.
HYUNDAI IBT and EwhaWomens University formed a joint bio-fusion research group.
Vitabrid C12 was released in Korea.

Establishment of the Company and Entering the Biotech Industry2000-2011

The company was listed on the Nasdaq stock market.
The company was awarded with the $300 Million
Export Tower on the 41stNational Trade Day.
The company changed its name to HYUNDAI IT.
